Dentopass helps international patients navigate dental treatment in Mexico. We are not a dental clinic and we do not provide dental treatment, diagnoses, or clinical advice. Instead, we help patients understand the process, connect with carefully selected dental partners, and navigate every step of their treatment journey with the support of a dedicated Patient Coordinator.
Think of us as your guide before, during, and after treatment.
You absolutely can contact clinics directly, many patients do. The challenge is that most patients don’t know how to evaluate clinics, compare treatment plans, understand dental terminology or navigate treatment in another country. That’s where Dentopass helps.
Instead of spending hours researching clinics, comparing websites, reading conflicting reviews, and trying to understand treatment recommendations, you have a dedicated Patient Coordinator helping you through the process.
Most dental tourism websites provide large directories with dozens or even hundreds of clinics. Patients are often left to compare providers, understand treatment plans, and make important healthcare decisions on their own. Dentopass takes a different approach. We do not operate an open directory, we work with a carefully selected network of partner clinics and provide personalized guidance through a dedicated Patient Coordinator.
Instead of overwhelming patients with information, we help them understand it.
Clinics cannot simply register and create a profile on Dentopass. Our Partner Program is invitation-only. Before inviting a clinic, we conduct extensive research into publicly available information, including their website, online presence, patient reviews, communication standards, and overall reputation. If a clinic aligns with our patient-first philosophy, we may invite them to continue the process. We then request additional business and compliance documentation before considering partnership.
Our goal is simple: To work with clinics that understand international patients and share our commitment to patient experience.
Not at all. You don’t need to know what an implant, crown, bridge, or full-mouth restoration is. Simply explain your situation in your own words. For example: “I can’t chew comfortably.” “My denture keeps moving.” “I lost several teeth.” “My teeth are breaking.” Your Patient Coordinator helps gather the information clinics need and facilitates communication throughout the process.
You focus on explaining the problem, we’ll help with the rest.
Your Patient Coordinator is your main point of contact throughout the entire process. They help: Collect your information, coordinate communication with clinics, obtain treatment estimates, organize treatment plans, explain timelines and visit requirements, answer questions about travel, accommodations, transportation, and safety, help you understand the information provided by the clinic, support you before, during, and after your visit.
No, only licensed dental professionals can recommend treatment or provide clinical advice. If you have treatment-related questions, your coordinator communicates directly with the clinic and helps you understand the information provided by the dental team.
Dentopass coordination services are provided at no cost to patients. Patients pay the clinic directly for any treatment they choose to receive. Our services are completely FREE.
Millions of international patients travel to México for dental care every year. The key is choosing the right clinic, understanding the process, and planning your trip properly. Your Patient Coordinator can help answer questions about your destination, transportation, accommodations, travel logistics, and what to expect before your visit.
Our goal is to help you feel informed and prepared before you travel.
