NOTICE: These Terms of Service establish a binding agreement between you and Dentopass. By accessing or using Dentopass’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dentopass.
Dentopass is a patient coordination platform that facilitates connections between international patients and independent dental clinics, primarily in Mexico. Dentopass is NOT a dental provider, healthcare company, insurance company, medical practice, travel agency, or financial services company. Dentopass does NOT provide dental treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, healthcare services, payment processing, or travel services. Dentopass is exclusively a coordination and communication platform operated by Dentopass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
IMPORTANT: Dentopass does not guarantee that any patient will receive treatment, that any clinic will accept a patient, that any treatment estimate will result in actual treatment, or that treatment will proceed as planned. All treatment decisions and acceptance are made solely by the independent clinics. Dentopass’s role is limited to facilitating introductions and coordination only.
The Dentopass coordination process consists of the following steps:
(a) Patient submits dental information and treatment needs through a Dentopass form;
(b) Dentopass connects the patient with one or more independent dental clinics operating in Mexico that may be suitable for the patient’s needs;
(c) The patient receives a treatment estimate and cost breakdown (called the “Treatment Cost Estimate”) directly from the selected clinic;
(d) The patient reviews the estimate and communicates directly with the clinic regarding treatment preferences, payment terms, financing options, accommodations, and logistics;
(e) When the patient confirms acceptance of treatment with the clinic, the clinic begins treatment and Dentopass facilitates ongoing communication;
(f) After treatment completion, the patient may optionally provide feedback and testimonial information to Dentopass.
IMPORTANT: Dentopass does NOT handle any patient funds, process payments, or manage financial transactions. Patients pay dental clinics directly according to each clinic’s payment policies and terms. Dentopass does not collect fees from patients. Patients may be required to pay deposits, full payment in advance, or payment in installments to their selected clinic; these payment terms are entirely between the patient and the clinic. Dentopass receives no compensation from patients, only from dental clinics as described in Section 2.3.
Dentopass receives a coordination fee from dental clinics, as agreed between Dentopass and each Partner Clinic under a separate written agreement. This fee is never charged to, or collected from, the patient.
Dentopass is responsible for the following activities only:
a) Facilitating initial patient information submission through secure forms.
b) Connecting patients with independent dental clinics based on patient needs and clinic capabilities.
c) Providing the Treatment Cost Estimate and clinic information to patients so they can make informed decisions.
d) Facilitating communication and coordination between patients and clinics regarding appointments, logistics, and procedural questions.
e) Providing non-medical, non-clinical educational information about dental procedures using Company-approved materials only.
f) Assisting with logistics coordination, such as facilitating inquiries about accommodations, transportation, or travel information available through clinics.
g) Collecting patient satisfaction feedback and testimonials after treatment completion (on a voluntary basis).
h) Promptly responding to patient requests for assistance with communication or coordination issues.
That is the full extent of Dentopass’s responsibilities. Dentopass does not do anything beyond these coordination and communication functions.
Each independent dental clinic selected by a patient is solely and exclusively responsible for all of the following:
a) Providing dental treatment services that are safe, professional, and legally compliant.
b) Maintaining all required licenses, certifications, and legal authorizations to practice dentistry.
c) Protecting patient safety, health, and wellness throughout all treatment processes.
d) Maintaining strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
e) Obtaining informed consent from the patient prior to all treatment.
f) Providing accurate, honest information about treatment options, procedures, costs, and potential outcomes.
g) Providing professional post-treatment care instructions and support.
h) Honoring all guarantees, warranties, or commitments regarding treatment quality.
i) Managing all payment terms, payment arrangements, financing options, and refund policies.
j) Complying with all applicable medical, dental, and legal requirements in Mexico and the jurisdictions where the patient resides.
k) Handling all disputes, complaints, or complications that arise between the clinic and the patient.
Dentopass does not assume any of these responsibilities. Each clinic is an independent legal entity solely responsible for its own operations.
As a Dentopass user, you agree to the following responsibilities:
a) Providing complete, accurate, and truthful medical and dental information. Any misrepresentation of your health history or conditions may compromise your safety and your treatment.
b) Notifying Dentopass and your clinic as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment, particularly before traveling.
c) Following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by your clinic.
d) Being responsible for all aspects of your travel, including obtaining appropriate travel documents, travel insurance, and medical insurance.
e) Understanding that you are traveling internationally and assuming all risks associated with international travel, including but not limited to flight delays, visa issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond Dentopass’s control.
f) Holding Dentopass harmless for any complications, side effects, or unfavorable outcomes from your dental treatment.
DENTOPASS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (a) The qualifications or credentials of any dental clinic or practitioner; (b) The safety, effectiveness, or outcomes of any dental treatment; (c) The quality of any dental work performed; (d) The professionalism or licensing status of any clinic staff; (e) The legality or compliance status of any clinic; (f) The accuracy or completeness of any clinic information; (g) The availability of any treatment or clinic for any specific patient; or (h) Any other aspect of any clinic’s operations or reputation.
Dentopass performs an independent screening and preliminary evaluation process for clinics that seek to be part of the Dentopass network. This screening is limited in scope and is based on Dentopass’s internal criteria and publicly available information. Dentopass screening is NOT an audit, legal certification, regulatory approval, official endorsement, or comprehensive quality assessment. Dentopass does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control any clinic, nor can Dentopass guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, continuity, or treatment outcomes of any clinic. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a clinic is appropriate for your needs and for conducting your own independent research.
Dentopass does NOT provide medical advice, dental advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical opinions, second opinions, or any form of healthcare guidance. Any educational information provided by Dentopass is general informational content only and is not tailored to your specific medical condition. Do not rely on Dentopass for medical or clinical decision-making. All clinical decisions must be made directly with your selected dental clinic and your own healthcare providers.
Dentopass is NOT a mediator and does NOT resolve disputes between patients and clinics. If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute with your clinic regarding treatment, payment, outcomes, or any other matter, you must address that directly with the clinic. Dentopass will not intervene in, mediate, or resolve any disputes between you and any clinic. If you request assistance understanding what occurred in a dispute, Dentopass will attempt to facilitate communication, but Dentopass makes no promises and bears no responsibility for outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTOPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE DENTOPASS PLATFORM, OR YOUR USE OF DENTOPASS SERVICES, EVEN IF DENTOPASS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTOPASS’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF DENTOPASS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT DENTOPASS RECEIVED IN REFERRAL FEES FROM THE CLINIC ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR TREATMENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00). You understand and agree that you use Dentopass entirely at your own risk.
Dentopass is not responsible for the actions, inactions, conduct, professionalism, quality, safety, or compliance of any dental clinic. While Dentopass performs preliminary screening as described in Section 6.2, that screening does not establish any ongoing responsibility for the clinic. Once Dentopass has made an introduction and the clinic has accepted a patient, the relationship is solely between you and the clinic. Dentopass has no ongoing responsibility for the clinic’s performance, safety standards, treatment quality, adherence to any standards, or outcomes.
Before your first appointment, your selected clinic will provide you with a Treatment Cost Estimate that includes: the recommended treatment plan, detailed cost breakdown, payment terms and payment schedule, financing options (if available), any deposits or initial payments required, and any accommodations or logistics options available through the clinic. This estimate is prepared by the clinic and reflects the clinic’s assessment of your needs based on the information you provided. This estimate is preliminary only and is not a diagnosis or a guaranteed price. The estimate may be subject to change if your actual clinical condition differs from the initial assessment following an in-person clinical examination.
Payment for dental treatment is entirely between you and your selected clinic. Dentopass does not process payments, accept payments from you, hold funds, or manage financial transactions. You will pay your clinic directly according to the payment terms outlined in your Treatment Cost Estimate. Dentopass has no involvement in or responsibility for your payment arrangements with your clinic.
Some clinics may offer payment plans, financing arrangements, accommodations (such as lodging), or transportation services. If such options are available, they will be shown in your Treatment Cost Estimate and are separate agreements between you and the clinic. Dentopass does not arrange, finance, guarantee, or facilitate these services. You are responsible for understanding and agreeing to any financing terms directly with your clinic.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you MUST notify both Dentopass and your clinic as soon as possible. Contact Dentopass at support@dentopass.com and contact your clinic directly using the contact information in your Treatment Cost Estimate. Do not assume that canceling with one party cancels with the other.
If you cancel your appointment BEFORE arriving at the clinic or before any treatment begins, Dentopass receives no compensation from the clinic, and you receive no payment from Dentopass. Any deposit or payment you have made to the clinic is subject to the clinic’s cancellation and refund policies. Disputes over refunds are between you and the clinic.
All medical complications, side effects, unfavorable outcomes, or issues related to your dental treatment are the sole responsibility of your selected clinic and your own responsibility to manage and address. Dentopass is NOT responsible for: (a) any complications that arise during treatment; (b) any side effects or adverse reactions; (c) the success or failure of any procedure; (d) the long-term durability or quality of any dental work; (e) any post-treatment infections, pain, or complications; or (f) any other medical outcome. If you experience any complications, contact your clinic immediately. Dentopass is not a medical provider and cannot provide medical guidance or treatment.
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive medical and travel insurance that covers dental procedures and potential complications before traveling. Dentopass does not provide, arrange, or guarantee any insurance coverage.
Dentopass is NOT responsible for any aspects of your travel, including but not limited to: (a) Flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections; (b) Visa or travel document issues; (c) Travel insurance or medical insurance; (d) Accommodations or lodging; (e) Ground transportation; (f) Weather or natural disasters; (g) Political unrest or emergencies; (h) Loss or theft of personal items; or (i) any other travel-related circumstance. You are solely responsible for arranging all travel logistics and obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance. If a clinic offers accommodations or transportation options, these are arranged directly between you and the clinic and are not Dentopass’s responsibility.
When you use Dentopass, you provide information including your name, contact information, medical and dental history, and treatment needs. This information is collected exclusively to facilitate coordination between you and dental clinics.
Dentopass shares your dental and medical information with clinics for the purpose of treatment estimation and coordination. Dentopass does NOT share your personal contact information (phone number, email, home address) with clinics during the initial quotation process. Clinics receive only your dental/medical information, treatment needs, and an internal reference code, and do not receive your full name or personal contact details until you arrive in person at the clinic and confirm your decision to proceed with treatment. Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with a clinic, Dentopass will facilitate direct communication between you and the clinic.
Dentopass retains your patient information for coordination and follow-up purposes. General contact and treatment information is deleted from Dentopass’s primary systems within one (1) year, except for financial, tax, and administrative records, which Dentopass retains for the period required under applicable law (which may extend up to seven (7) years or longer). Patient Coordinators may maintain records of your information to support ongoing coordination; such records are protected under the confidentiality obligations in the Patient Coordinator’s independent contractor agreement with Dentopass, as further described in Dentopass’s Privacy Policy.
This Section 11 provides a summary of Dentopass’s data practices. The complete terms governing the collection, use, and protection of your information are set forth in Dentopass’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Section 11 and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall control with respect to data handling matters.
After completing treatment, you may be invited to provide feedback, a testimonial, or photos of your results. Providing feedback is entirely voluntary. Your testimonial helps other patients make informed decisions about their dental care.
Dentopass will only publish your testimonial, feedback, or photos if you provide explicit written consent. When you submit feedback through Dentopass’s feedback form, you will see clear checkboxes asking whether you consent to publication on Dentopass’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. You control whether your feedback is published.
Dentopass publishes patient feedback as provided. Dentopass does not filter, edit, or curate testimonials to present only positive feedback. Your honest experience — positive or negative — is valuable. All published testimonials are authentic patient feedback.
If you wish to have your testimonial, feedback, or photos removed from Dentopass’s websites or social media accounts, you may request removal at any time by sending an email to support@dentopassl.como with your full name, email address, phone number, and reason for removal. Dentopass will remove your content within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your request. This removal does not affect feedback that other patients may have shared or any discussions that may have occurred before removal.
By providing a testimonial or feedback, you agree that you have no legal claims against Dentopass for how your feedback is used, published, or removed. Your sole remedy if you wish your feedback removed is the removal process described in Section 12.4.
Your Patient Coordinator is an independent contractor who facilitates coordination between you and your selected clinic. Your Patient Coordinator is NOT employed by Dentopass. Your Patient Coordinator is not a medical provider, doctor, dentist, or healthcare professional. Your Patient Coordinator cannot provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or clinical guidance. Do not rely on your Patient Coordinator for medical or dental decisions. Your Patient Coordinator’s role is to facilitate communication, provide general educational information, and coordinate logistics only.
You agree not to engage in the following conduct while using Dentopass:
a) Intentionally attempting to circumvent Dentopass’s coordination process in order to avoid applicable coordination arrangements after introduction by Dentopass to a clinic.
b) Providing false or misleading information in your patient intake form or to Dentopass.
c) Harassing, threatening, or abusing Dentopass Patient Coordinators or clinic staff.
d) Attempting to share your dental and medical information with third parties without Dentopass consent.

f) Using Dentopass for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws.
If you engage in any prohibited conduct, Dentopass may terminate your access to Dentopass services immediately.
Note: Partner Clinics are separately prohibited from circumventing the Dentopass coordination process under the terms of their Clinic Partnership Agreement with Dentopass.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dentopass and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of Dentopass; (b) your provision of false or misleading information to Dentopass; (c) your breach of these Terms of Service; (d) your violation of any applicable law; (e) your treatment by any dental clinic; (f) any medical complications or side effects from dental treatment; or (g) any disputes or claims with any clinic.
Dentopass may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Dentopass will provide written notice of material changes via email to the email address you provided to Dentopass at least thirty (30) calendar days before changes take effect. Your continued use of Dentopass after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not accept modified Terms, you must discontinue using Dentopass.
Dentopass may terminate your access to Dentopass services at any time, with or without cause, by sending notice to you. Upon termination, you have no further rights to use Dentopass services. Sections addressing confidentiality, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the Parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation within fifteen (15) calendar days following written notice by email, describing the matter in reasonable detail.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of Dentopass shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States. The arbitration may be conducted by videoconference. The language of arbitration shall be English. There shall be one (1) sole arbitrator. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, representative action, or in any consolidated proceeding with other parties. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding against Dentopass.
For disputes involving amounts of USD $10,000 or less, you may pursue resolution through any legally available small claims process without initiating arbitration.
These Terms of Service, together with Dentopass’s Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dentopass regarding your use of Dentopass services and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions remain in full force.
Dentopass’s failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms are solely between you and Dentopass. No third party, including any dental clinic, has any rights as a third-party beneficiary.
All notices under these Terms shall be provided electronically via email to support@dentopass.com (for notices to Dentopass) or to your email address on file (for notices to you). Notices are deemed received three (3) business days after sending.
