About Dentopass?

Dentopass is a company that connects international dental patients with carefully selected dental clinics in Mexico. We provide human support, general information and communication assistance so patients can navigate their dental journey with confidence.

About the Opportunity

We are building our first Patient Coordinator team for the Los Algodones market. This role is for self-directed people who enjoy working with others, building lasting relationships and growing their own pipeline of clinics and patients.

This is not a salaried job. There is no hourly wage, payroll, fixed monthly pay or employee benefits. You decide when and how you work, from the location of your choice.

What You'll Do

Build clinic relationships

  • Identify dental clinics in the assigned market.
  • Contact clinic representatives and introduce Dentopass.
  • Develop professional relationships with clinic staff.
  • Present the Dentopass partnership opportunity.
  • Follow the clinic onboarding process.
  • Maintain professional communication with participating clinics.

Patient Acquisition & Coordination

  • Identify potential international patients through appropriate prospecting channels.
  • Establish initial contact and build trust.
  • Understand general patient needs and expectations without providing medical advice.
  • Answer general questions.
  • Follow up throughout the patient’s decision-making process.
  • Provide general information about the area and border-crossing logistics.
  • Coordinate appointments with partner clinics.
  • Follow Dentopass communication, patient-protection and coordination procedures.
What Dentopass Provides
  • Patient coordination forms and materials
  • Information and resources about participating clinics
  • A network of previously researched dental clinics
  • Operational support throughout the coordination process
  • Structured communication processes between patients and clinics
  • Opportunity to grow with Dentopass as new Mexican destinations are developed
Compensation

Patient Coordinators earn commissions based on qualifying patient activity under Dentopass’s current compensation structure. There is no guaranteed fixed income, hourly wage or monthly salary. Your results will depend on your own prospecting, relationship development, follow-up and successful patient coordination. Commissions are paid in U.S. dollars.

Requirements

Required

  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Los Algodones and the surrounding border region.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own activity.
  • Comfortable developing your own prospects.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • A private, quiet workspace for calls involving sensitive patient information.

Preferred

  • Experience in dental tourism.
  • Dental industry experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Call center or international customer support experience.
  • Experience working with international clients.
Limits of the Role

Patient Coordinators do not provide dental or medical services.

You will not be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing patients.
  • Interpreting clinical studies.
  • Recommending or determining treatment.
  • Changing clinical recommendations or treatment quotes.
  • Guaranteeing clinical outcomes.
  • Representing yourself as a dentist, physician or healthcare provider.
  • Collecting patient payments on behalf of Dentopass.
  • Sharing patient information through unauthorized personal channels.

This is a coordination and patient-support role, not a clinical role.

Local Knowledge Required

This is a 100% remote opportunity. You do not need to work from a Dentopass office or report to a physical workplace. However, candidates must live in or have strong firsthand knowledge of the Los Algodones / Mexicali border region. This requirement is based on local market knowledge, not daily physical attendance.

Who This Opportunity Is For

This Opportunity May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Enjoy helping people navigate complex decisions.
  • Communicate confidently with international patients in English.
  • Know the Los Algodones / Mexicali area well.
  • Enjoy building relationships rather than making aggressive sales.
  • Prefer autonomy over a traditional office environment.
  • Are patient and consistent with follow-up.
  • Are comfortable building your own prospect pipeline.
  • Understand and accept commission-based compensation.

This is probably not the right opportunity if you are looking for a fixed salary, employee benefits, a traditional office position or a pre-built list of patients.
